Senior Sales Specialist (Hukumonline Pro)

Responsibilities :

  • Act as a company representative, especially for the purpose of selling product named Hukumonline Pro

  • Achieving sales targets (especially for Strategic Accounts) and individual target

  • Coordinate across divisions to accommodate potential client/client needs

  • Providing training, coaching, mentoring and evaluation to new Sales

  • Provide suggestions for product and service development from client

  • Prepare custom proposals to suit potential client/client needs

  • ATS System Management: Update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) system to ensure the integrity of recruitment data.

  • Preparing Offers and Contracts: Prepare offers and contracts for employees who will join the company.

  • Accompanying and conducting onboarding for new hires

Requirements :

  • Recruitment Experience: Minimum 4-5 years experience as a Sales/Business Development/Account Management B2B/B2G

  • Understanding business strategies and objectives

  • Familiar with managing data & CRM dashboards

  • Excellent skil in sales presentation and negotiation

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Language : Excellent in Indonesia & English is a must

  • Professional Network: Strong network within a specific industry or sector with the ability to build good relationships with client

  • Analysis and Problem Solving: Analytical skills to understand Business Analysis and Business Process Improvement
