Responsibilities :
- Act as an analyst to provide recommendations or insights based on data and market research for business development
- Carry out data management and analyze sales/company data to improve business processes
- Assist and collaborate with the Business Analyst Coordinator and sales admin in Sales/company data management
- Analyze sales/company data to identify opportunities/market potential/competition, and demonstrate sales operational performance/performance
- Provide recommendations for areas that must be improved and developed for sales operations, including product/service innovation to optimize sales
- Help carry out strategies set by management
- Coordinate across divisions to accommodate client needs
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor degrees in Business Administration/Law/Economics/Management, or other related subjects
- Minimum 1 year experiences in Administration, Marketing, Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or other related areas
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet and understand how to use formula (pivot, vlookup, hlookup, and basic formula)
- Professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success, the ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time, strong oral and written communication skills
