Responsibilities :

1. Assist the Legal Intelligent and Insight Manager in coordinating the implementation of the intelligent function strategy with the relevant Legal Intelligent and Insight team staff:
   • mapping and follow-up on information acquisition and publication of draft policies to regulators or other related parties for publication needs to customers;
   • tracking specific legal or policy issues originating from internal monitoring or feedback from customers or other partners; And
   • search and acquisition of information on court decisions that have an impact on customer business activities
2. Assist the Legal Intelligent and Insight Manager in coordinating the implementation of the insight function strategy with the relevant Legal Intelligent and Insight team staff:
   • substantial mapping of legal regulations and decisions based on category and content;
   • improvement and development of categorization, history, and other metadata for Regional Regulations and decisions; And
   • strengthening relationships related to all content to facilitate use by customers or developing legal technology.
3. Review the work results of the Legal Intelligent and Insight staff related to the intelligent and insight functions mentioned in points (1) and (2).
4. Assist Managers in:
   • provide information and insight into policy designs, specific legal issues, legislation and decisions to internal parties or other external partners;
   • planning the development and manufacture of new products related to intelligent functions and insight functions; And
   • Collaborate with other internal divisions for strategic development of company content.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor of Laws (SH)
2. Experience in the field of research and business law research for at least 2 (two) years.
3. Good analytical skills and in-depth understanding of laws and regulations.
4. Good communication skills, including the ability to interact with industry players and regulators.
5. Ability to manage legal databases.
6. Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
7. Ability to operate Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, virtual meeting apps (Zoom/Gmeet and Miro).
8. Time management and detail-oriented skills.
9. Interested in legal-tech and regtech developments.
10. Knowledge of economics/business and public policy.
